GENERAL TERMS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the online store of Premier Cosmetics Bulgaria Ltd (hereinafter www.mybasket.bg) as a seller on one side and users of the products and services on the website www.mybasket.bg (called the site for short) as a buyer on the other side. These Terms and Conditions bind every user who, by clicking on any product, link or button (except for this link to the Terms and Conditions), agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Website www.mybasket.bg is part of Premier Cosmetics Bulgaria Ltd - a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, Company ID: BG202766882, represented by Iva Vasileva in her capacity as Manager. Management address: Sofia, Yuzhen Park, bl. 28, entrance B, ground floor.
REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
From www.mybasket.bg you can place an order both as a guest and as a registered user.
To register, you need to specify an email address (which is actually your username) and password, first and last name, current delivery address and contact phone number, after which your data will be saved in our database. After successful registration, with each new order you will be given the opportunity to change your delivery address as well as your personal data. By pressing the Order button, you make an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which you confirm that you are familiar with and accept these General Terms and Conditions.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided to us by customers (names, address, telephone and e-mail) will be used solely and only in connection with the execution of these contractual conditions and in connection with your service as a customer - for processing and delivery of the order, contacting you and providing information in the form of an electronic newsletter (which you can unsubscribe from at any time), complying with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. Premier Cosmetics Bulgaria Ltd undertakes not to use your personal data for any purpose other than the above-mentioned purpose or to provide them to third parties.
ORDER
You can order from www.mybasket.bg 24 hours a day, on weekends and official national holidays. When finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products you have selected, as well as the delivery and feedback information - if necessary, you can make the appropriate changes. You will be notified by e-mail to confirm your order, after which our consultant will contact you to inform you when it will be sent and delivered or to clarify other details with you. For an initial order, a call from us will be mandatory, and for each subsequent order it will not be necessary, unless there are explicit changes subject to comment.
A correctly completed and submitted order form on the site or an order by phone call is a binding offer to conclude a distance sales contract with the seller, where the buyer is bound to conclude a contract with the seller within 14 days of sending the order.
The sales contract itself is prepared by the seller, and after sending the goods to the buyer, it is considered current and concluded.
Given the fact that the sales contract concluded between the online store and the users of the site is concluded on the basis of an offer from the supplier to the user as part of a system for the sale of goods, in which from the moment the offer is made until the conclusion of the contract, as well as for the time of the conclusion of the contract, the parties are not in physical contact with each other, the contract is a contract for distance sales according to the provisions of the EPA.
The user has the right to cancel his order, i.e. to withdraw from its offer to enter into a purchase contract, without incurring any penalties, only until the time of dispatch of the goods. The user undertakes to notify the seller of the changes by e-mail or by phone.
Products offered by www.mybasket.bg are not intended for resale.
PRICES OF THE ORDER
The final amount due is the sum of the amounts of each individual product that the buyer has requested. All prices include pre-charged VAT and it is included in the price of the products. All prices are indicated in Bulgarian levs. A receipt is attached to each order (or an invoice for a legal entity upon prior request).
Mybasket.bg has the right to change prices at its discretion at any time and without prior notice to users. Users pay the price that was current at the time the contract was concluded.
Mybasket.bg has the right to change and/or replace the type of articles, components of the final product, as well as the type of baskets and boxes, in case of lack of the corresponding product.
A price for the delivery itself is NOT charged to the buyer, in case the order is worth more than BGN 250. For orders under BGN 250, the price of delivery is paid by the buyer. Delivery is made within 1 to 5 working days on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. We do not offer a View and Test option before you pay for shipping.
The photos on the site are illustrative. The price of the final product does not include the layout for the corresponding frames - cups, plates, etc. Product photos are for illustrative purposes. There may be deviations between the images and the actual product, for which M

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) – the buyer pays the full amount due to the courier upon receipt of the order.

Payment by debit/credit cards - the order is processed and sent by the seller only after the payment of the due amount by the buyer has been received in the bank account of the seller. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer owes nothing to the courier.

WAIVER OF CONTRACT
In case of cancellation of a concluded contract, within 14 working days from the date of purchase, the buyer has the right to return the goods purchased from the seller to the address provided below. In the case of cancellation of a concluded contract, the full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded, within 14 days, counting from the date on which the seller received message by the buyer to withdraw from the concluded contract.
In the event that the product has been unpacked, damaged or used, the contract cannot be canceled. In the event that the returned product is visibly damaged, used or unpacked, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the resulting damages from the buyer.
To exercise his right to refuse a transaction, the buyer must notify the seller in writing by mail or by e-mail to the address: sales@mybasket.bg
RETURNS
The legally established deadline for considering a return is within 30 calendar days after its submission.
After sending the products for a claim to the address Sofia, Yuzhen Park, bl. 28, entrance B, ground floor, please let them be accompanied by a description of the reason for the return, with a copy of the invoice or receipt (so that we can identify the order as quickly as possible). Please indicate the bank account to which you wish to receive the amount for the returned product, in case your claim is accepted.
Do not forget to provide us with your contact information - first and last name, telephone and e-mail, where we can notify you about the progress of the claim.
