ORDER PRICES AND DELIVERY

The final amount due is the sum of the amounts of each individual product that
the buyer has stated. All prices include pre-charged VAT and it is included in the price
the products. All prices are indicated in Bulgarian levs. A receipt is attached to each order
receipt (or invoice for a legal entity upon prior application). 

Mybasket.bg has the right to change the prices at its discretion at any time and without
notifies users in advance. Users pay the price that was
current at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Mybasket.bg has the right to change/replace the type of items that are components of the final product
product (including the decoration-accessories for each basket), as well as the type of baskets and
the panners, in case of lack of the corresponding product.
The photos on the site are illustrative. The price of the final product does not include the layout for
relevant shots - glasses, plates, etc.

A price for the delivery itself is NOT charged to the buyer in case the order is of value
over BGN 250. For orders under BGN 250, the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer and it is
fixed value BGN 6.50. Delivery is carried out under a service contract with a company
"Interlogistika" Ltd. :

Deliveries to the city of Sofia

- orders accepted until 1 p.m. on a working day - are sent within up to 24 hours with
except in cases where we do not have availability of any of the products ordered, for
which you will be notified immediately;
- orders accepted after 1 pm - up to 48 hours from their acceptance;
- express order for the city of Sofia (performed by MyBasket.bg) - order accepted
until 1 p.m. - within the same day - BGN 35.00 express delivery. Order with guaranteed
next day delivery - BGN 25.00

MyBasket.bg reserves the right to refuse express delivery in case of
inability to perform, of which you will be notified.
Mybasket.bg is not responsible in case of delay of the delivery time by the courier company.

All goods purchased from the MyBasket.bg Gift Baskets online store are shipped
by courier service or by personal delivery. For any loss or breach
the integrity of the goods during delivery is solely the responsibility of the courier service.

MyBasket.bg is only responsible for express deliveries within the city of Sofia.
All custom made baskets are prepaid and not
subject to return.

We do not offer a "View & Test" option before you pay for shipping.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
1. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) – the buyer pays in full
amount due to the courier upon receipt of the order.
2. Payment with debit/credit cards - the order is processed and sent by the seller
only after payment of the amount due by the buyer has been received by

the seller's bank account. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer owes nothing
to the courier.
3. Payment by bank transfer - the order is processed and sent by the seller only after
and the payment of the due amount by the buyer was made through the bank
seller's account. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer owes nothing to the courier.
